Weidner Announces Sale of Fire Division to SeaWestern
Midvale, UT, January 1, 2025 — Weidner & Associates, Inc., (Weidner), a 66-year-old provider of critical technical services and equipment in a variety of industrial, food & beverage, and firefighting and safety equipment markets, announced today the sale of the company’s firefighting equipment division, Weidner Fire, to SeaWestern. Based in Kirkland, WA, SeaWestern is a market leading provider of firefighting equipment and vehicles to fire departments across the Western U.S.
